Linear Actuator Controls

These Joyce actuator controls are specifically designed for our 12 VDC and our 120 VAC MA actuators.

Variable Speed Positioning Systems

Joyce Variable Speed Positioning System (VSPS) is a programmable controller that increases the capability of motorized jacks by allowing the operator to easily program up to ten stopping positions. It is housed in two NEMA 4 enclosures, one for the VFD the other for the PLC (as shown). The VSPS includes an HMI display that indicates the current position as well as the stopping location.

Motor Starter

Joyce motor starters are the heart of a basic control system for a motorized jack, actuator, electric cylinder, or ComDrive^® system. Motor starters include extend and retract push buttons for momentary operation; an illuminated power-on light lets operators easily determine if there is power to the system.

MA1527, MA3507

Joyce MA1527 and MA3507, multipurpose linear actuators are compact, versatile and designed to lift 3500N (787 pounds) dynamic load, and 4500N (1012 pounds) static load. Each 12 VDC actuator is equipped with a potentiometer and adjustable, preset limit switches, and offers an IP65 rating that qualifies them for many wash-down and outdoor duty applications.
